Children will have the opportunity to train on all gymnastic apparatus, vault, bars, beam & floor & air track – working on jumping, tumbling, along with building strength & flexibility. Camps are open to boys & girls – please ensure to register them in an age-appropriate camp.

In the Camps we run, your child will not only develop existing skills but learn new ones as well! This covers everything from cartwheels to rolling, climbing, leaping, balancing and performing handstands. More advanced gymnasts get to work on things like round-offs and aerials as well.
In addition, our team of experienced staff also help children to improve their flexibility and become stronger. This is important as it is the foundation needed to build other skills safely. Our whole ethos is to develop skills from the ground up. This means that even your child does not quite achieve the skill level desired, they will have fun trying.

We think it is essential to be clear that our Camps are available to both boys and girls. Gymnastics is something both can get lots of enjoyment out of after all. Our team of experienced staff shared this inclusive approach, which will ensure boys and girls have the best time. In addition, our camps are open to 4 - 11 years and all ability levels.
